Rudraksha

According to legend, Lord Shiva closed his eyes and meditated for some time. He opened his eyes, and tears fell to the ground from his lotus-shaped eyes. Wherever his tears fell, a Rudraksha tree grew. The fruits of this tree are referred to as Rudraksha Beads. According to ancient Vedic literature, these beads have celestial powers that may uplift the spirit and provide help on the road to freedom. When wearing a Rudraksha pendant or utilizing a Rudraksha mala during meditation, one is said to be able to improve their concentration and decrease worry, stress, and trauma.
